Delivery Information

 

All items listed on our site are offered exclusive of delivery charges (unless otherwise stated).

If you do not have your own carrier services and are unable to collect in person, please contact our centre to discuss your delivery requirements.

We have a number of approved couriers we can recommend to fit your requirements and in most instances it will be possible for us to undertake a booking on your behalf.

As delivery services are usually offered on a 3rd Party basis payment for these services will need to be made direct to the courier either prior to or at the point of delivery.  Most of our approved couriers will be able to undertake this service within a 10 day time frame.

In the event that they are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, you will be contacted with a revised estimated delivery date.

Delivery will be completed when Purchased Products are dropped off to the address you gave us.

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct, we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Goods will require a signature at the point of drop off, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
