A rather wonderful large, quality 19th century carved oak upholstered country house privacy screen/room divider in showroom condition. Back when these were used to maintain heat in areas of larger rooms by literally sectioning them off making smaller, cosy/intimate spaces that were easier to keep warm as well as affording one privacy during long cold winter nights.
