We are offering for sale this fabulous 19th Century Iron and Leather Rocking chair (Winfield or similar).
This fabulous item is structurally sound and the seat, although worn, stained and marked in good condition with no rips or tears.
We believe the seat pad has been recovered sometime in the 1960s and has since that point been overdyed from a likely mustard hue to olive green.
One small split in the leather of the armchair but we are now being picky.
These beautiful items were designed as campaign furniture and therefore completely disassembled.
They command high prices, even at auction so the price listed is very competitive indeed.
